Professional Profile

Lee Dicker is Managing Partner of Leonard, Dicker & Schreiber LLP. Having practiced law for more than 40 years, his diverse practice includes both transactional and litigation work.

Lee is one of the firm’s primary business transactions lawyers. He has extensive experience in the creation, sale, and operation of a variety of businesses, and has spearheaded the negotiation and finalization of numerous real estate, partnership, LLC and professional corporation transactions.

Lee also concentrates in the litigation of contract, fraud, business tort, and probate matters. Most recently, Lee obtained a jury verdict on behalf of an internationally renown choir and symphony. Early in his career, he tried the lengthiest jury trial in Nevada State Court history.

Prior to entering private practice, Lee served at the Federal Communications Commission.

Representative Matters

Lee has represented national and international companies in litigation, including an internationally renown choir and symphony based in Beirut, Lebanon and Cyprus that is dedicated to the preservation and enrichment of traditional Armenian culture, song, dance and alphabet. Lee represents entrepreneurial investors and developers relating to real estate developments in the United States and the Bahamas. In a recent litigation, Lee discovered and proved notarial fraud, which led to the undoing of certain phony deeds.

As part of his transactional practice, Lee negotiated, documented, and did due diligence on the sale of a research and development subsidiary of a Washington utility. He also handled the sale of a Nevada casino. Lee has been involved in the negotiation of purchases and sales of numerous real estate developments and projects, and has also overseen the mergers and sales of businesses in a wide variety of fields and forms. He has also assisted law and accounting firms with the negotiation and resolution of sales, structures, and personnel issues.

Other representative litigation and transactional clients include waste removal and recycling companies, real estate and business investors, small business entities, corporations, charities, professional firms, as well as individuals and entrepreneurs.
